Okay... so having looked through this forum for a little bit, it appears that there are old old caprice, and newer, but i'm wondering about a mid... 84. So here's the question. I know that the camero can support a bigger engine (say a 427), so i was thinking of going for a big block like a 400+ CID... or go for a 350 and then oversize to 383 with 400 crank & supercharge. So what is the biggest block i could go with out doing too many mods to get it in??? and still have some fun down at the strip and run some half decent times.I know reinforcements will have to be done to the rest of the car, including the rest of the driveline, so all other issues aside, just currious about the block size and what would be best to put in.
