Been considering adding some custom tail lights to my Safari. "Bit's Box".

You guys have seen them. IN case you haven't, here:

I don't like the chrome look with the bright blue paint I have, though, and was
considering the darker versions which are a bit more money.

Here's a look at my truck, to give you an idea.

Then, I got a bit of a brainstorm.
I wonder what those lights would look like, if I added a blue annodized look
where the chrome look is now? There's even a paint that's supposed to look that
way. I've played with the lights on the computer and did them up with a blue
filter in the chrome, and the look is unreal!

I just wonder would it work, and can you get those lights apart easily enough,
wihout breaking them, to get the treatment or paint ON there, in the first
place?

Anyone got any input, here?

They are good. But Silverado Tail Lights are awesome.
